The Historic Pecos Depot
The Historic Pecos Depot is the actual train depot that was built by the Panhandle Santa Fe Railway in Pecos, Texas in 1886. When the station closed in 1972, Frank Green bought it, put it on a flatbed truck and moved it to its current location next to The Legendary Barn Door Steakhouse. The Historic Pecos Depot truly is a West Texas historical landmark filled with antiques and interesting items, like a bar from "A House of Ill Repute" and our very own ghost! Be sure to stop in for a drink, a meal, or just a visit to The Historic Pecos Depot.
